I believe the best agents are the ones who build a business that actually works for them. My job isn’t to give you a one-size-fits-all plan or tell you how every part of your business should look. It’s to understand where you want to go and help you figure out how to get there.

I bring a background in both finance and real estate, which means I tend to look at the business from a practical perspective. Sometimes that means working through a complicated deal. Other times it’s looking at your numbers, talking through an idea, finding a resource, or figuring out what needs to change when something simply isn’t working.

I also want the office to be somewhere you actually want to be. A place where agents know each other, share ideas, celebrate wins, ask questions, and have a little fun along the way.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling whenever I get the chance, attending concerts and sporting events, and getting out to enjoy everything Northeast Florida has to offer.
